As a Product Sales Manager – Paper Process Parts (PEP), you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for the assigned products, services, and parts in the Southeast Territory. This candidate will Maintain our CRM (Customer Relation Management) System – COMPASS, involving “Cadence and Rigor” for account management of the Territory – tasks, opportunities, visit reports, quotes, contacts, orders, etc.
An effective communicator with well-developed problem solving and planning facilitation skills will allow the right candidate to be successful in this role. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills which are supportive of a collaborative working environment. You should have well developed professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and facilitate training for a team.
Territory Coverage: This position is responsible for supporting customers and business activities throughout North Florida, including the Pensacola market, and South Georgia. Travel within the assigned territory will be required.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Identifying and contacting potential customers and establishing long-term relationships
- Providing technical and commercial support and solutions to customers and prospects
- Conducting “day to day” commercial negotiations and discussions related to your products and services with customers
- Coordinating with internal teams such as customer service. engineering, product managers, global supply, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback and providing feedback to the product development team.
- Travel is required for this job.

Skills Required
- Experience providing service and support for doctor blades and engineered doctoring equipment
- Strong interpersonal, professional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain customer and internal sales relationships
- Ability to perform inspections of doctor blades and associated accessories
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen
