Responsible for driving Automation Systems sales within the Pulp and Paper industry across the USA Northeast. Build and manage customer relationships, identify market opportunities, execute strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical support and customized solutions, and report market insights to product and R&D teams. Will travel within the territory and must hold a valid driver’s license.

Lead regional automation sales for the pulp and paper industry across Western USA and Canada. Build and execute strategic sales initiatives, cultivate customer relationships, identify market opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, report sales activities, and provide market feedback to product and R&D teams. Travel within territory and support other areas as needed.

Design and size hydraulic and pneumatic systems for pulp & paper equipment. Create circuit and piping diagrams, valve panel assembly drawings, select components, produce installation task lists, perform flow and pressure calculations, and support FAT and start-ups.

Design refiner segments and develop production processes in a manufacturing/foundry environment. Collaborate with sales and foundry personnel to create cost-effective products meeting customer performance needs. Perform 3D modeling, reverse engineering and translate final designs into in-process manufacturing drawings using CAD tools.

Lead architecture and development of embedded Linux platforms: Yocto builds, kernel configuration, drivers, real-time C/C++ applications, BSP integration, debugging/profiling, cross-team collaboration, mentorship, and long-term platform maintainability and security.

Technical Product Manager for valve controls and actuators. Translate business needs into technical requirements, support customers and channel reps, perform failure analysis, configure products and BOMs in ERP, support CPQ/quotation systems, provide field training and sales support, and create manufacturing and engineering procedures.

Manage sales, service, and customer relationships for press felts and belts across assigned North American accounts. Support quoting, forecasting, audits, installations, field service, inventory/data collection, and competitor analysis while ensuring customer satisfaction and contract performance.

Manage full product lifecycle for industrial textiles (forming and dryer fabrics), define strategies using market/customer insights, lead cross-functional NPD, build business cases, develop sales tools/pricing, and optimize portfolio performance and profitability.

Support and grow North American sales in corrugated board, coating/laminating, and extrusion coating. Assist proposal generation and costing, advance opportunities to close, build pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions, maintain customer relationships, and provide market feedback to product teams. Travel within territory as needed.

Design and customize electrical and PLC/HMI control systems for tissue converting equipment, produce schematics and BOMs, support sales/purchasing/service, resolve electrical non-conformities, manage tips/mods projects, and travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%).
