Leads moderate-to-large oil and gas engineering and construction projects from planning through execution. Coordinates project teams and technical resources, manages schedules, costs, reports, RFPs, contractor selection, and risk. Applies engineering principles, PLC/Stage-Gate processes, facility operations knowledge, and economic analysis to improve reliability, profitability, and lifecycle performance. Leads and develops a software engineering team responsible for business-critical solutions. Sets technical direction, establishes architectures, drives delivery through production, and champions AI-assisted and agentic development. Partners with business and IT leaders to translate operational needs into technology solutions, manages roadmaps, budgets, vendors, and contractors, improves engineering processes, guides standards and governance, and communicates progress and investment decisions to senior leadership.

Provides technical leadership and mentorship while developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing software applications. Reviews system requirements and business processes, gathers requirements, documents solutions, and executes projects through the software development lifecycle. Collaborates with business partners, project teams, and senior management to integrate business processes and optimize organizational functioning.

Acts as a liaison between IT and business teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, conduct testing, and enhance enterprise applications. Troubleshoots application issues using ServiceNow and supports software lifecycle activities. Serves as an IT and telecommunications site lead for power generation facilities, managing field execution, system assessments, network and telecom installation, diagnostics, documentation, cybersecurity compliance, and critical infrastructure uptime.
