Lead cross-functional new program launches and material flow optimization using PFEP and lean methods. Design facility layouts and custom material handling, implement kitting/JIT solutions, develop KPI dashboards, run Kaizen events, model capacity in AutoCAD/Visio, evaluate AGV/AMR and WMS improvements, perform PFMEAs, and ensure on-time, cost-controlled production launches with synchronized Kanban and supplier coordination.

Lead design, support, and improvement of Microsoft client platform services. Own Intune/Autopilot and related endpoint capabilities, drive automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, troubleshoot high-impact endpoint issues, mentor junior engineers, and partner across architecture, security, and support to implement scalable, secure endpoint standards and lifecycle processes.

Administer and support datacenter and cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, backup, virtualization, file services). Manage core services (DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP), execute patching and lifecycle maintenance, support cloud provisioning and governance, perform root cause analysis, participate in disaster recovery, develop automation and scripts, and coordinate with security, application, database, and network teams.

Provide day-to-day datacenter and cloud infrastructure support including server provisioning, patching, access changes, monitoring, backup/restore validation, virtualization/storage/backup management, basic automation/scripting, troubleshoot and escalate issues, maintain documentation, and assist lifecycle and compliance tasks.

Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD‑WAN services focusing on availability, performance, security, and standardization. Configure switching, routing, wireless, SD‑WAN, manage IP/DHCP/DNS, QoS, and segmentation. Execute CAB-aligned changes, troubleshoot connectivity with security and carriers, maintain documentation, and support projects and on‑call escalations.
