The UX Researcher conducts qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior, designs research plans, analyzes findings, and presents actionable insights to stakeholders.

Perform QA-driven investigation and resolution of ancillary product refund cancellations: gather product and dealer/provider data, enter and maintain records, contact providers/dealers, research contracts and quote discrepancies, prioritize aged or high-priority loans to meet client and state compliance SLAs, and suggest process improvements.

Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, perform ETL and data integration, troubleshoot data processing errors, implement and maintain data models and warehouses, document data flows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support BI initiatives, and improve data governance and platform practices.

Lead and develop the product operations/application management team to ensure day-to-day support, releases, launches, and integrations run smoothly. Establish processes, SLAs, reporting, training, marketing, and continuous improvement using ITSM, product management, Agile, and data analytics. Manage personnel, vendor relationships, and lifecycle projects to maximize adoption, minimize disruption, and improve system performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead client data support for insurance monitoring implementations and client data conversions. Oversee IT service desk, manage processes for data mappings, client configurations, and ticket resolution. Collaborate with IT leadership, run project meetings, train staff, and provide technical ETL support during implementations.

Own assigned products and partner relationships, drive product vision and strategy, support sales enablement, monitor financials and compliance, perform business and statistical analysis, manage partner performance, and execute marketing and pipeline initiatives to grow revenue.

Lead intake, prioritization, and value management of enterprise AI initiatives. Translate strategy into a prioritized, delivery-ready AI portfolio, shape problem statements, align stakeholders, integrate governance and risk, track realized value, and advance portfolio management maturity.

Process and enter various insurance documents (auto, mortgage, commercial, GAP, AD&D, warranties, credit life/disability) into Allied's tracking system. Use OCR/IDP tools, apply insurance to loan records, follow compliance procedures, meet productivity and quality targets, assist with audits, training, research, and complex queue escalations.

Manage day-to-day CPI/LPI lender and borrower communications, process and audit notices, premiums and reports, resolve issues, analyze loan-level data to prevent issues, maintain SLAs, and support internal teams to ensure accurate billing and client satisfaction.

Execute low-to-moderate complexity sourcing and supplier management activities including contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, compliance and risk monitoring, platform administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination under senior guidance.
