Manage day-to-day administration of CPI/LPI lender tasks: process and audit notices, premiums, certificates and reports; ensure timely billings/refunds; resolve issues with internal teams and clients; analyze loan-level indicators and reporting to prevent issues and improve product performance; meet SLAs and productivity/quality targets.

Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives by developing and executing change management strategies, conducting impact and readiness assessments, managing stakeholder engagement and resistance, measuring adoption and outcomes, and coaching leaders. Contribute to OCM capability by creating tools, templates, and playbooks, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement across large transformational programs.
