Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Commission & Incentive Program Administration
- Manage the submission of complex commission worksheets, review submitted requests, and confirm accuracy of the data.
- Audit commissions to ensure they are aligned with established policies and commission schedules.
- Manage and track unique commission commitments defined in contractual agreements.
- Create accurate and timely incentive program reporting, audit results, and publish updates.
- Research and respond to general commission and incentive inquiries from the Field (120+ sales and service reps) and coordinate problem resolution.
Data & Analytics Administration
- Create and maintain sales enablement system dashboards for CRO, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze and create executive reports from Field and SEO surveys.
- Support the creation and enhancements to Field Power BI dashboards.
- Collect, validate, interpret, design, and organize various types of data into meaningful reports and summaries.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from Field and SEO leadership.
Sales Operations Support
- Design and deliver training on systems and processes to Field reps.
- Review, test, and update documentation related to processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to support other department functions (budget, contracts, and data & analytics.)
- Support management with case or situation specific sales operations needs.
- Invest in personal development on sales operations best practices.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
- Bachelor’s Degree required in the Field of Study: Business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science.
- 1-2 years of work-related experience required.
- Reporting and analytical (qualitative and quantitative) experience required.
- Sales administration and/or sales operations experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience or training with SQL databases, CRM systems, and analytical software such as PowerBI preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to use discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information required.
- Experience in a sales organization preferred.
- Experience with financial institutions and insurance products preferred.

Compensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, skills, and internal equity considerations.
The projected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 (annualized USD). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results. Medical, dental, vision, life and disability and 401k benefits are part of the employment offering. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans. This salary range is a good faith estimate, and not a guarantee of the ultimate salary offering.
