Owner and coordinator for GTM technology portfolio, optimizing seller productivity through SaaS tool administration, generative AI and automation prototyping, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, change management, training, and metrics tracking to drive adoption and measurable business impact across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and partners.

Own and grow a portfolio of large, global enterprise accounts by managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to drive net-new revenue, renewals, and expansions. Develop multi-year account strategies, build executive-level business cases tied to regulatory risk and cost avoidance, forecast and manage pipeline, lead cross-functional teams, align partner ecosystems, and leverage AI tools to improve account planning and engagement.

Develop and deliver continuing education for insurance professionals, create and update course content on statutory and GAAP accounting, answer technical client questions, collaborate with instructors and coordinators, manage content library, deliver training in-person and via webinar, and support client relationships. Role requires travel and may include background check and drug test.

Lead GTM-focused FP&A: own monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning; produce operational and Board reporting on ARR, bookings, revenue and pipeline; build integrated financial models, partner with Accounting and GTM leaders, support M&A integrations, and maintain data integrity across Adaptive, Keystone, NetSuite and reporting tools.
