Own component lifecycle management and obsolescence mitigation for hardware platforms. Mentor and scale cross-functional design teams while balancing executive-level strategy with hands-on guidance and timely execution.

Designs AI-assisted sales enablement and learning content, including microlearning, roleplays, video scripts, pitch decks, battlecards, and enablement kits. Uses Google Gemini to accelerate drafting, synthesis, personalization, and localization while applying adult learning principles. Partners with sales enablement, leadership, and product marketing to align programs with business priorities, measure behavior and revenue impact, and continuously optimize learning based on performance data and feedback.

Designs, develops, and deploys AI-powered applications and intelligent agents for marketing workflows, including content creation, campaign optimization, SEO, publishing, and analytics. Collaborates with marketing, engineering, design, and data science teams to prototype solutions, automate processes, evaluate marketing technologies, and shape the technology roadmap. Troubleshoots technical issues, performs gap analyses, and trains marketers through hands-on workshops to support adoption of AI tools.

Supports F5’s Product Organization and subscription businesses through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, headcount planning, and strategic investment analysis. Partners with Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, and Product Management, leads financial reviews with senior leaders, maintains rolling forecasts, and improves budget reporting through automation and scalable finance processes.

Build and optimize high-performance LLM inference systems across data centers and edge devices. Develop inference engines, accelerate models on GPUs and AI hardware, design Kubernetes-based autoscaling architectures, and implement observability, load testing, and reliability frameworks. Improve latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and scalability across real-time and batch AI workloads while collaborating with hardware and cross-functional engineering teams.
