The Public Sector Product Marketing Manager will create messaging, develop marketing assets, conduct market research, enable sales teams, and analyze marketing performance for public sector clients.

Lead Sales/Revenue Operations for AMER and Public Sector, improving forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, reporting, and Salesforce governance. Drive sales process optimization, cross-functional alignment, territory and quota planning, analytics, and operating cadence. Mentor a high-performing team and partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Channel, Product, and HR to scale commercial execution and decision-making.

Lead a team to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for Observability customers through lifecycle programs, executive engagement, advocacy, and data-driven campaigns. Build segmentation, use AI and automation to identify expansion opportunities, partner with Sales/Product Marketing, manage KPIs and budget, and run executive programs (CABs, CIO roundtables) to deepen relationships and generate pipeline.

Lead the architecture and implementation of a new People Analytics platform on a modern data stack, ensuring AI readiness, governance, and security while optimizing for performance.
