Field sales role managing a named mid-market account set and territory. Build and execute account plans, prospect, manage pipeline in Salesforce, meet quotas, drive deals with partners, deliver demos, and perform ongoing forecasting and reporting while traveling frequently.

Support full renewal sales cycle for Commercial/Mid-Enterprise accounts: interface with customers, partners, and sales; generate install-base reports and quotes; manage inbound renewal emails/calls and SLAs; use Salesforce, Renewal Tracking System, and FreshDesk; pursue upsell opportunities; meet territory quotas and travel frequently for sales.

Partner with account management to qualify opportunities, lead discovery workshops and security assessments, design and present secure architectures (network, cloud, SecOps), advise enterprise customers on Zero Trust/SASE/cloud security and IAM, deliver demos to technical and executive stakeholders, and support post-sales transition and ongoing roadmap alignment as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders.

Lead development and maintenance of networking software for FortiSwitch VM and hardware, implement and fix L2/L3 features, work with Marvell SDKs and hardware teams, perform Linux kernel and driver-level development, and deliver high-quality features on schedule while troubleshooting and collaborating across teams.

Perform functional and performance testing (manual and automated) of high‑throughput firewall/packet‑processing platforms. Write and maintain automation scripts, follow build/test processes, design test beds, identify equipment, and log and track defects while collaborating with developers and QA teams.

Drive enterprise sales of Fortinet products and services by creating strategic account plans, building executive relationships, generating and qualifying pipeline, responding to RFI/RFPs and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing large deals to meet quarterly quotas.

Manage opportunity and quote lifecycle in Salesforce, maintain pipeline and forecasting accuracy, support standardized quoting with Deal Desk and Finance, perform month-end reconciliations (Oracle, POS), coordinate channel communications and escalation workflows, and provide cross-functional operational support across assigned sales districts (non-quota).
