Manage the full software sales cycle for small-to-mid-market clients, including prospecting, discovery, platform demonstrations, ROI proposals, contract execution, and implementation handoff. Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, FMOs, GAs, and employer groups while maintaining CRM records and representing customer feedback. Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Product, and Services teams to support consultative sales, compliance, and onboarding.

Lead development and execution of a risk-based internal audit program, partner with senior management to assess enterprise risk, produce audit reports and Audit Committee materials, advise on controls and remediation, collaborate with GRC/Compliance/SOX teams, and develop IA team capabilities in line with IIA standards.
