About the role:

The Contract Executive Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing executive level searches. This person will need to be well-versed in the full life cycle executive search process (including candidate generation and development, senior client management and offer/negotiation.)

You will report into the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies across select/designated functional areas
  • Calibrating candidates with hiring managers
  • Developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment (Pitch Calls)
  • Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
  • Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and creatively negotiating complex executive compensation packages.
  • Support the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting on searches
  • Develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates for executive searches

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting
  • 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches
  • 1+ years of project management experience; the ability to follow-through on individual and team-wide goals, plans and projects.
  • 1+ years experience building, and executing, strategies for staffing projects.
  • 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data, and utilizing insights to advise hiring leaders, and influence business decisions.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in agency and in-house recruiting 
  • Experience recruiting at a startup and/or within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience building workforce forecasts
