Partner with sales leaders to design training, content mapping, and interactive materials, coach sales teams, report outcomes to leadership, and maintain product and sales knowledge to drive pipeline performance.

Lead design, build, and operation of cloud-native container platforms on AWS (EKS/ECS/Fargate). Manage multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters, GitOps (Argo CD), Helm packaging, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), scripting (Go/Python/Bash), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch), incident response, cost optimization, and promote platform engineering and security best practices while mentoring engineers.

Deliver customer-centric onboarding via live, digital, and self-service channels; leverage automation and generative AI to streamline processes; collaborate cross-functionally to remove friction and measure adoption; diagnose and resolve issues; and contribute to continuous improvement and scalability of onboarding journeys.

Partner with law schools to grow active users by assessing needs, developing school-specific account and marketing plans, delivering presentations, providing deep product and practice-area expertise, supporting commercial teams to uncover leads, and engaging stakeholders across students, faculty, librarians, and leadership.

Design and evolve enterprise-level software and system architectures, evaluate and introduce technologies, lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, monitor system health, and drive technical direction and shared infrastructure.
