Support large law firm accounts by driving adoption, engagement, retention, and usage growth for legal research, drafting, analytics, and AI-powered solutions. Build trusted relationships with legal professionals, provide workflow guidance, execute customer success plans, coordinate with sales and internal teams, and use health, usage, and feedback data to identify risks and recommend actions.

Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of internal employee-facing AI products. Partner with business teams and engineers to identify workflow opportunities, build prioritized roadmaps, define success metrics, ship solutions in an agile environment, and scale reusable AI patterns across the enterprise. The role requires strong product discovery, enterprise collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and experience delivering complex AI-enabled workflow tools, agents, or automation systems.

Leads a SaaS sales organization comprising regional sales managers, account executives, account managers, and SDRs. Drives new business, renewals, expansion, forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, pricing, compensation, and commercial strategy. Oversees metrics, change management, training, talent development, and senior leadership reporting while ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective digital and print content delivery.
