Represent the company in consumer-credit litigation across Texas: draft pleadings, manage discovery, try cases, attend hearings and mediations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely legal advice and standardized procedures support.

Manage the review, creation, publication, and archival of policies, procedures, trainings, and process flows.
