Analyzes, cleans, mines, and validates large datasets to support business decisions and process improvements. Develops SQL-based data solutions, dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and testing workflows. Troubleshoots data issues, monitors business controls, documents changes, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Supports projects, ad hoc analysis, compliance processes, and dashboard maintenance using SQL Server and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Analyzes financial and legal operational data using SQL and Excel, presents findings to leadership, maintains policies and change logs, resolves process issues, and mentors junior analysts. Supervises hiring, training, performance evaluation, work assignment, and employee development.

Works directly with customers to resolve delinquent accounts by creating payment plans, processing debit or ACH information, modifying arrangements, handling disputes, documenting financial status, and updating account records. Establishes schedules, extensions, suspensions, and authorized settlements while complying with FDCPA, FCRA, other regulations, and company policies. Provides peer coaching, payment-plan signoffs, onboarding support, and best-practice mentoring.

Represents PRA Group and its affiliates in consumer account litigation and related legal proceedings. Prepares pleadings, discovery materials, and other legal documents; manages cases; develops litigation strategies; and participates in conferences, mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials. Ensures compliance with consumer credit laws and company policies while providing practical legal advice and guidance to attorneys and stakeholders.
