Provide broad administrative and staff support for a federal directorate: manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel (DTS), records, SharePoint, and office logistics; track taskers in N-CERTS; coordinate events, prepare reports/minutes, and improve office processes. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large multi-year defense programs. Manage schedules, budgets, compliance with DoD standards, integration efforts, stakeholder engagement, and mentor cross-functional teams to field interoperable capabilities.

Perform organizational and program analysis, gather and interpret performance and cost data, develop actionable process-improvement recommendations, prepare reports and presentations, conduct benchmarking and research, support financial/cost and operations research analyses, collaborate with project teams to implement and monitor changes, and contribute to mission-critical Army programs. Active Secret clearance required.

Lead operations and program management for defense contracts, overseeing task execution, CDRL deliverables, cross-functional teams, processes, schedules, risk mitigation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to support Army modernization efforts.

Design, integrate, and maintain complex software, web, and hardware systems for Army modernization. Use MBSE (MagicDraw, SysML), MOSA and DoD standards; perform trade studies, interface mapping, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure interoperable, maintainable system architectures.

Support IT system accreditation, risk management, and compliance for Army systems. Conduct risk assessments, validate assurance activities, maintain IA documentation and certifications, complete OJT evaluations, and manage privileged access to ensure system security and compliance.

Develop, design, and maintain scalable, modular software and integrations for Army modernization programs. Implement APIs, data models, and software infrastructure per MOSA and open standards. Apply Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps practices, support configuration/change management, provide technical troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and lifecycle support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
