Serve as the Information Systems Security Officer supporting USCYBERCOM IT and cyberspace operations systems. Maintain operational security posture, manage Certification & Accreditation, support system owners on security responsibilities, review System Security Plans, recommend and evaluate security mechanisms to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Design drainage systems for roadway projects, including layouts, calculations, drainage reports, and erosion and sedimentation control plans. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, procurement and construction materials, computations, estimates, surveys, equipment requisitions, and material takeoffs using CAD applications. The role supports critical infrastructure projects and requires coordination with applicable roadway and drainage standards.

Lead roadway design and development across concept, preliminary, and final phases, including alignment, grading, and pavement design. Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, estimates, and reports while managing schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with AASHTO, FHWA, and state DOT standards, and mentor junior engineers. Participate in proposals, client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

Designs roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans under licensed engineer supervision. Develops 3D roadway models using GEOPAK and OpenRoads, prepares calculations, drawings, reports, and contract documents, and supports task coordination, presentations, communications, and timely project delivery.

Coordinates equipment procurement for major infrastructure projects, serving as liaison among owners, construction managers, contractors, vendors, and manufacturers. Tracks procurement from design release through delivery and turnover, monitors schedules and lead times, identifies risks, coordinates submittals and approvals, facilitates meetings, tracks purchase orders and changes, and supports receiving, storage, logistics, and installation readiness. Maintains procurement logs, status reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Maintain the Model Assessment Limitations Tracker and supporting documentation, update limitations and watch items, and support reporting requirements. Collaborate with requirements teams and Missile Defense System elements to develop simulation conceptual models and system requirements documents. Participate in technical interchange meetings, prepare reports and briefs, and apply systems engineering, modeling and simulation, technical writing, and defense systems expertise.

Leads electrical engineering and infrastructure design for FAA projects, including low-voltage power distribution, single-line and wiring diagrams, equipment sizing, specifications, estimates, field surveys, and construction documentation. Coordinates multidisciplinary designs, ensures code compliance, reviews supplier submittals, supports technical analyses, and guides junior engineers and designers. The role requires extensive electrical design experience, AutoCAD proficiency, NEC knowledge, and the ability to lead projects and teams.

Supports prototyping lab operations by procuring supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and purchase records, processing shipments, coordinating vendors, organizing workspaces, receiving materials, and following safety protocols. Potential full-time duties include assembling electronic components, integrating wire harnesses into enclosures, and supporting additional production activities.

Provides strategic and operational leadership across large federal civilian contract portfolios, including IDIQ and task order programs. Oversees delivery, budgets, financial performance, compliance, risk, resources, client relationships, and continuous improvement. Leads program managers and cross-functional teams while supporting recompetes, task order pursuits, contract expansion, and organizational change initiatives. Requires extensive federal contracting experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and up to 50% travel.

Manages GDC’s IT strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating strategic objectives into initiatives and tracking delivery, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Ensures projects align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and target-state designs. Maintains project artifacts, supports governance checkpoints, coordinates IT Steering Committee meetings, prepares executive materials, documents decisions, and tracks follow-up actions. The role also facilitates stakeholder workshops and improves roadmap reporting and governance processes.
