Develop and execute internal and external communications, create written and visual content, manage campaigns and events, advise leadership on messaging, handle media inquiries, analyze metrics, and provide protocol and graphic facilitation for high-visibility federal initiatives.

Design, deploy, and operate a global hybrid communications network linking AWS cloud hubs to country hubs and remote POEs. Implement AWS networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN/Direct Connect), Terraform IaC, virtual firewalls, and field connectivity (VSAT, LOS, ISP). Support NOC/SRE monitoring, produce standards and documentation, and perform 30-40% OCONUS travel for surveys, cutovers, and restorations.

Lead design, delivery, and operations of administrative/control‑plane services for a globally distributed platform. Own user/role management, auth, install/upgrade, peripheral and middleware integration, vendor certification, and cross‑functional delivery. Drive architecture, roadmaps, triage, and supportability for admin services across distributed deployments.

Lead power system engineering for naval gun weapon systems: develop power budgets, define distribution architectures, support requirements, integration, testing, certification, and resolve power-related issues while providing technical leadership and coordinating subsystem compliance.

Lead cost, schedule, and risk for a multi-billion federal construction program. Manage IMS, risk-adjusted cost estimate, staff, program controls, reporting, mitigation strategies, contractor oversight, and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery while maintaining compliance and client communications.

Manage and coordinate workforce support programs including training delivery, performance management (DCIPS), deployment lifecycle, travel logistics, space planning, records (DeployNet), dashboards, and leadership briefings. Ensure regulatory compliance, analyze deployment requirements, and deliver training on analytic tradecraft standards.
