Leads coordination, execution, synchronization, and continuous improvement for a complex technical Solution Train in a cyber-centric DoD environment. Facilitates SAFe planning and delivery events, manages cross-train dependencies and impediments, coordinates engineering teams and suppliers, monitors performance, maintains technical documentation, and coaches Agile leaders. The role requires systems engineering knowledge, cybersecurity awareness, DoD program experience, Jira and Confluence proficiency, an approved SAFe certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Develops and maintains system power budgets, power allocation strategies, distribution architectures, and electrical interfaces for naval gun weapon systems. Supports requirements development, design, integration, testing, certification, fielding, and issue resolution. Coordinates with subsystem owners, leads power distribution trade studies, and assesses impacts from design changes and field modifications.
