Provide SME-level technical consulting and project leadership for wastewater treatment and biosolids dewatering design. Lead bid documents, detailed design, construction management, startup/commissioning, regulatory compliance, and client/stakeholder coordination to deliver innovative operational solutions.

Manage technical design reviews, interface engineering, testing and commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation planning across owners, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Lead systems engineering for government cybersecurity capabilities: elicit and translate customer requirements, define interfaces and lower-level requirements, plan verification, produce system architecture and documentation, and collaborate with software, data science, and cyber teams in agile development.

Support roadway and highway design by collaborating with senior engineers to produce conceptual and detailed designs using Civil3D/MicroStation/OpenRoads. Perform design calculations, material quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and assist with technical reports, plans, specifications, and procurement requisitions for transportation projects.

Lead planning, design, installation, and support of IT systems for a counter-UAS program. Manage end-user support, maintenance, product evaluation, and IT best practices. Oversee teams, deliver progress reports, and ensure mission-ready, secure IT operations in a cleared DoD environment.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software for Drone Armor C-UAS systems. Architect and integrate software in system-of-systems environments, implement algorithms for detection and tracking, optimize real-time/distributed performance, lead testing and evaluation, produce documentation, and mentor teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments aligned with DoD requirements.
