The role requires Salesforce certifications, three or more years of development experience, Git familiarity, integration knowledge, and comfort working in a structured sprint environment.

Build and modernize Salesforce reports, Tableau Cloud dashboards, and Tableau CRM analytics assets. Unify Salesforce-ingested data sources, define reusable metrics and semantic models, improve data quality, and support governance and AI-ready analytics. Collaborate with Sales Technologies to translate business questions into scalable analytical outputs across sales, service, product, and asset-management workflows.

Provides foundational manufacturing engineering support in production environments. Assists with APQP documentation, engineering changes, Lean and waste-reduction initiatives, capital projects, process design, tooling, automation, root-cause analysis, capability studies, equipment validation, safety controls, and new product introduction. Collects and analyzes data, tracks cost savings, develops work instructions, and collaborates with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams under experienced-engineer guidance.
