Serve as primary customer contact for quotes through delivery, generate and convert sales and service-contract revenue, manage orders and inventory, maintain paperwork and processes, respond to customer inquiries, and mentor peers on standard sales methodologies.

Identify and qualify opportunities, develop business cases and financial proformas, perform facility walkthroughs, coordinate team selling, troubleshoot client issues, prioritize sales activities, and secure renewals and expansions to meet sales targets while supporting building efficiency and sustainability.

Lead regional strategy and sales for controls, building automation, and digital/AI solutions across 13 Texas Gulf Coast locations. Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, pipeline rigor, sales coaching, talent development, and cross-functional alignment with operations and corporate teams. Measure success via sales, share, margin, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships while ensuring execution and forecasting accuracy.

Design custom mechanical solutions for chillers in high-tech markets (AI/data centers). Support ETL/UL compliance, create technical documentation, coordinate cross-functionally, and assist initial DTO builds. Role is hybrid with ~10% domestic travel.

Lead and execute procurement programs and cross-functional projects to drive cost savings, supply chain optimization, and operational performance. Manage project plans, risks, stakeholder alignment, supplier selection and relationships, and gate reviews. Standardize procurement project management practices and support sourcing decisions to meet commodity strategies and business objectives.

Serve as lead legal partner for Thermo King Americas, providing day-to-day and strategic legal counsel across commercial contracts, regulatory compliance (NHTSA, EPA, CARB), dealer/distribution and antitrust matters, warranty and marketing review, data policies, litigation support, and M&A transactions. Develop legal standards, processes, templates, and metrics; manage outside counsel and legal budget; align legal priorities with business leadership. Travel up to 25%.

Manage a segment of Diversified Components category in North America: collaborate with stakeholders, support supplier qualification and NPD procurement, assist negotiations and contract management, deliver cost savings via VA/continuous improvement, support supplier segmentation and SRM, and monitor/mitigate supplier risk (financial, capacity, quality, compliance).
