14-week graduate training program leading to an Associate Account Manager role selling HVAC equipment, controls, parts, and services. Build customer relationships, support design and specification with engineers/architects/contractors, develop territory sales plans, secure new design wins, and meet sales targets while focusing on energy optimization and sustainable solutions.

Coordinates service project administration, including cost tracking, materials, timesheets, labor allocation, reports, invoicing, payroll documentation, receivables monitoring, billing dispute resolution, and project closeout. The role reconciles project data, manages billing workflows, supports project meetings, and collaborates with managers, technicians, customers, and financial services. Strong communication, prioritization, independence, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime or weekends are required. HVAC familiarity is preferred.

Optimizes and validates HVAC equipment selections, configurations, pricing, discounts, quantities, and project costs. Reviews plans and specifications, identifies savings opportunities, prepares submittals, supports sales, coordinates order entry, negotiates vendor pricing, reconciles job costs, and provides technical support for installation, startup, warranty, and controls equipment. The role requires onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexible hours when needed.

Creates 2D and 3D parametric CAD designs for customer-specific manufacturing units using Creo Parametric and proprietary software. Interprets engineering drawings and schematics, applies Boolean logic and design rules, prepares CAD and product lifecycle documentation, reviews designs for accuracy, follows drafting standards, supports larger projects, and collaborates with engineers and designers. Occasional travel may be required for product support or training.

Administers service projects from award through closeout, coordinating project transitions, documentation, procurement, purchase orders, subcontractors, customer invoicing, cost tracking, forecasting support, and billing resolution. Works with service managers, technicians, resource coordinators, customers, legal, contract management, and finance teams to ensure compliance, accurate billing, and timely project delivery.

Supports equipment project fulfillment through administrative coordination, bill of materials ordering, estimated ship-date tracking, schedule updates, customer communications, job costing, invoicing, documentation, and project closeout. Works closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and project staff to meet deadlines and maintain accurate project records. Requires strong communication, multitasking, prioritization, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work.
