Lead commercial enablement for TRACE cloud and desktop tools, train and empower Account Managers to integrate software into sales workflows, develop value-selling content and curricula, provide advanced solution consulting for complex opportunities, and partner with Product, Success, and Sales Operations to measure and scale software-driven revenue impact.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, and development to ensure components meet quality, delivery, and performance standards. Drive corrective actions (8D, 5 Why), support APQP/PPAP and NPI activities, analyze supplier metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce supply risk and improve process capability.

Maintain and execute the master production schedule aligned to the SIOP plan. Coordinate with planners and operations to balance demand and supply, resolve MRP issues, publish schedule/capacity/inventory reports, analyze KPIs, preserve ERP planning data integrity, and lead production planning for complex situations.

Manage and grow assigned El Paso and Las Cruces accounts by developing account-specific business plans, generating budgeted sales, identifying customer needs and market opportunities, reporting sales activity, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Requires daily territory travel with some overnight travel.
