Develops, reviews, coordinates, communicates, and monitors corporate, IT, and cybersecurity policies through the Policy Life Cycle Management process. Conducts gap analyses, independent verification and validation, compliance tracking, self-inspection checklist development, and policy impact assessments. Supports cybersecurity strategy, business process improvements, policy metrics, governance document analysis, formal tasker management, and agency-level support agreements while advising stakeholders and ensuring alignment with external guidance and strategic priorities.

Lead development and implementation of cybersecurity processes and security assessment workflows in a GRC; document SOPs in SharePoint; elicit and translate business requirements; perform data/process modeling and risk-based analyses; present business cases; liaise between business and IT; mentor junior analysts; oversee UAT and QA; support vendor management, system administration, governance over control projects, and cloud service provider onboarding.

Supports the Missile Defense Agency with cost estimating, cost analysis, sensitivity and risk analysis, budget formulation, and cost research. Prepares alternatives analyses, business case analyses, architecture planning studies, and cost models. Reviews contract performance and cost data reports, incorporates findings into estimates, and communicates analytical results in writing and presentations under general supervision.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests for a large-scale public web platform, covering frontend, APIs, databases, DNS, performance, security, accessibility, and end-to-end workflows. Builds test frameworks, integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, manages defects and test documentation, and reports quality metrics. Collaborates within Agile teams with developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders while improving test coverage, reliability, security, and compliance with federal accessibility and security standards.

Supports the Web Content Filtering task order for DISA by managing integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines. Monitors schedule performance, identifies risks and delays, assesses impacts, recommends corrective actions, and supports enterprise-wide integration planning. Coordinates closely with government and contractor stakeholders, including the Program Manager, Lead Engineer, and Contracting Officer’s Representative. The role requires strong Microsoft Project expertise, DoD project analysis experience, communication skills, and Top Secret clearance eligibility.

Engineer, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise SIEM platforms across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Integrate security telemetry, manage data pipelines, monitor platform health, perform upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and support SOC operations. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, coordinate with clients and vendors, create technical documentation, and improve SIEM reliability, scalability, automation, and operational effectiveness. Participate in on-call support for security incidents and operational issues.
