Provide day-to-day HR support including maintaining employee records, timekeeping and payroll support (US and lead Canadian payroll), managing attendance and leave (FMLA/STD/LTD), recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, communicating benefits and policies, coordinating employee activities, and supporting HR reporting and metrics.

Architect, develop, and support Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and .NET web applications. Build/configure CPQ components, implement pricing/commerce logic, modernize JavaScript, maintain SQL Server and SSIS ETL, manage IIS/Windows Server hosting, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Order Management, and Pricing.

Design, develop, verify, and sustain embedded aerospace software per DO-178. Collaborate across IPTs to define requirements, implement code (C/C++/Assembly), run simulations, perform coverage analysis, and support certification and manufacturing activities.

Analyze product-line KPIs (orders, sales, backlog, pricing, profitability), produce insights and visualizations, support strategic and operational planning, forecasts, market/competitive analysis, and cross-functional data needs to inform senior management.

Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams to deliver aerospace product development programs from proposal through production transition. Manage program planning, scope, cost, schedule, risk, customer relations, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with quality and ITAR requirements.

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and new technologies for aerospace components. Test and qualify materials and processes, analyze failures, apply statistical tools (DOE, FMEA), recommend materials/equipment, create documentation, support engineering handoffs, and ensure regulatory/quality compliance (including ITAR where applicable).

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP/GM including calendar and travel coordination, preparing presentations and reports, consolidating data, managing expenses, organizing meetings, handling confidential information, and coordinating cross-departmental projects to completion.

Serve as the first technical contact for customers, translate requirements into quotes and solutions, support distributors/OEMs, optimize CRM/ERP/quoting workflows, build SOPs and dashboards, and pilot AI/automation to improve response speed and accuracy.

Manage and grow distributor/channel relationships in the assigned western region. Develop market research, channel strategies, and sales analyses; coordinate with sales, engineering, and leadership; present performance assessments and implement short- and long-term plans to increase market share. Travel as needed.

Work under close supervision to research, design, and develop RF and mixed-signal communications hardware for defense and space applications. Support new and modernization efforts, perform systems analysis, integration and test, develop test procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.
