- Use measuring and drafting tools (laser tape measures, levels, drafting scales, templates, compasses, etc.)
- Essential Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of OSHA and related safety regulations
- Effective problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using OpEx/CBS tools
- Demonstrated success in facilitating operational changes
- Ability to interpret process and product specifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards
- Additional background in safety and industrial hygiene regulations

Salary Range: $120,000 to $190,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
