Drive specification sales of Crane Pumps & Systems products to engineering firms and municipalities across TX, LA, AL, GA. Collaborate with regional sales, channel partners, and marketing to educate stakeholders, generate leads, manage opportunities in Salesforce, attend industry events, and support technical documentation. Requires frequent travel to build long-term relationships and close projects.

Lead territory sales and channel management for municipal and pressure sewer markets across a multi-state region. Grow revenue by managing distributors, providing training/support, documenting activity in Salesforce, resolving customer issues, delivering product presentations, and translating customer needs into technical solutions. Frequent travel required.

Leads site export compliance activities, ensuring adherence to ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related regulations. Manages licensing, jurisdiction and classification determinations, export holds, denied-party screening, training, audits, documentation, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Reviews engineering changes for compliance impacts, supports corporate initiatives, and partners with cross-functional teams. The role is expected to serve as an ITAR Empowered Official and requires U.S. person eligibility.

Provides technical manufacturing-process training, develops and updates curricula, schedules classes, maintains training records and systems, evaluates training effectiveness, audits operator conformance, and partners with manufacturing, quality, and HR teams to identify and address training needs.

Leads mechanical product design, engineering analysis, technical requirements, drawings, and design documentation for aerospace products. Manages assigned project costs, schedules, requirements, suppliers, customer communications, and cross-functional execution. Supports material review of nonconforming hardware, process improvements, technical reports, and product performance objectives while applying expertise in mechanical design, fluid dynamics, vibration, stress, materials, and GD&T.

Monitor and improve product quality through data analysis, root cause investigation, SPC deployment, audits, failure analysis, and cross-functional corrective actions to ensure aerospace manufacturing compliance and continuous improvement.

Design and improve manufacturing methods, processes, tooling, and layouts; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions; evaluate design changes and equipment; perform cost analyses; develop work instructions and metrics; train operators; coordinate vendors/customers; support material review board and present ROI for capital or process improvements.

Lead manufacturing process improvements, design production methods, tooling and fixtures, troubleshoot root causes, drive cost reduction and manufacturability, mentor junior engineers, develop work instructions and metrics, coordinate with vendors/customers, and support product design reviews and material non-conformance resolution in an on-site aerospace manufacturing environment.

Provide technical quotations and respond to customer technical inquiries; validate orders vs. quotes; coordinate technical review meetings; collaborate with supply chain and business leaders on pricing and lead times; advise on product application; ensure export law compliance; support field sales and regional service centers; participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and problem-solving.

Design, analyze, and develop electrical systems and components for aerospace/electronics products. Perform analog/digital/ASIC/VHDL design, power and magnetics work, testing, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement while meeting cost, quality, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
