Lead the supply chain function for a manufacturing facility, overseeing purchasing, inventory, production scheduling, fulfillment, ERP processes, sourcing, vendor management, and project coordination. Partner with cross-functional plant leaders to align demand and capacity, improve delivery and inventory performance, implement lean practices, and manage KPIs. Build and develop teams across purchasing, scheduling, project management, and related supply chain functions.

Supports continuous improvement and Lean initiatives at a manufacturing plant. Reviews productivity, partners with operations on performance and training action plans, coordinates audit follow-ups, analyzes production data, tracks plant KPIs, and helps implement improvement ideas through visual management boards and events.

Develop new customers and grow sales across Jensen Infrastructure’s product lines. The role requires at least five years of relevant sales experience and preferably experience in precast concrete, construction, or building materials.

Provides hands-on HR leadership across Phoenix and Tucson operations, managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, attendance, workers’ compensation, terminations, unemployment matters, and compensation support. Partners with plant leadership on workforce planning and employee issues, collaborates on enterprise HR initiatives, and regularly travels between locations, including trips lasting up to one week.

Analyze MRP outputs, establish production requirements and schedules, manage finished goods inventory, balance capacity constraints, and ensure on-time delivery. Record labor, materials, production activity, and finished goods in the ERP system. Maintain planning data and coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to provide accurate production schedules and delivery commitments.

Develops and implements continuous improvement processes in a precast concrete manufacturing plant. Reviews productivity, conducts workflow studies, drives audit follow-up, facilitates Lean Six Sigma projects, analyzes production data and plant KPIs, and manages suggestion systems and visual performance boards. Partners with operational leaders and employees to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve sustainable process consistency.

Develop and maintain enterprise software applications, PHP business applications, system integrations, APIs, databases, and automation scripts. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions supporting manufacturing, inventory, logistics, finance, and sales. Support Flutter applications, deployments, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, code reviews, documentation, and release management. Apply SDLC, cybersecurity, quality, and change-management practices while reviewing AI-generated code and improving software reliability.

Manage large and custom precast concrete projects from contract and submittal through production, delivery, and installation. Coordinate schedules, work orders, drawings, bills of materials, take-offs, estimates, customer communications, delivery logistics, and safety requirements. Track progress, scope, budgets, and deadlines in the CRM while reporting updates to leadership and supporting sales activities, customer events, and industry training.

Plans and leads manufacturing plant projects from initiation through completion. Coordinates cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain; manages timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication. Drives continuous improvement, cost reduction, productivity gains, change management, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Design and deliver enterprise software solutions, APIs, system integrations, and PHP-based web applications. Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable applications, use and validate AI-assisted coding tools, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot solutions, establish development standards, and mentor other developers.
