Lead and coordinate facilities and non-facilities projects across the Western Region, managing cost, schedule, budgets, and reporting. Serve as liaison to leadership, support governance and adjudication, perform financial analysis and forecasting, track EAC/EVMS metrics, and drive cross-functional strategies to improve project performance.

Design, develop, test, document and debug software and systems; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hardware engineers; develop compilers/utility programs, ensure software standards, and provide solutions to technical problems. Work is on-site and may require travel up to 25%.

Manage operational aspects of facilities and non-facility projects across the Western Region. Serve as liaison among project, planning, business teams and leadership. Oversee cost, schedule, EAC and EVMS-based project controls, perform financial analysis and reporting, drive governance and risk adjudication, support project initiation/closeout, and present consolidated performance narratives to senior leadership.

Develop and analyze guidance, navigation, and control algorithms and mission trajectories for air-to-ground and air-to-air weapon systems. Build and integrate high-fidelity simulations, Monte Carlo analyses, sensor and propulsion models, automation tools, and trade studies. Support mission lifecycle from requirements and design through testing and operations, and interact with customers and proposal teams.

Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded flight software for space payloads. Work on agile teams using C++, Linux, and Python to implement real-time, multi-threaded firmware/software, perform peer reviews, hardware integration/testing, and ensure compliance with system requirements while supporting ground and payload software engineering.

Develop systems engineering products supporting BOA software capabilities. Perform technical planning, support design reviews, develop/tracking tools, collaborate with IPTs on requirements, architecture, and verification strategies. Conduct pre-review assessments and contribute to requirements development and analysis. On-site in Boulder; requires active DoD Secret clearance.

Lead business management for the IMU organization, overseeing financial forecasting, earned value management, budgeting, proposal pricing, contract cost/schedule analyses, compliance, and a team of business management analysts. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership, support proposal development, manage risks across contract types, and ensure adherence to government cost accounting and FAR requirements.

Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure program success. Assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability across programs, subcontractors, and suppliers per contract. Assess program performance and risks, determine resources, perform RCCA analyses, and implement corrective actions. Work on-site in Chandler, AZ; must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance and travel up to 25%.

Perform reliability engineering tasks including reliability predictions, failure rate estimation, de-rating analysis, and FMEA facilitation. Create reliability block diagrams/models, support design reviews and failure investigations, allocate reliability requirements, identify critical items and mitigations, and work with engineering teams to develop technical solutions for satellite and systems reliability and availability.

Design, develop, and test digital flight and ground electronics including FPGA development, PCB/CCA design, electronic unit and test system design, functional simulation, test vector creation, and worst-case digital signal analysis. Lead design reviews and integrate with cross-functional teams to meet program technical and schedule requirements.
