Serve as strategic HR business partner to Corporate Office Executive Leadership, leading HR business partners and programs across talent acquisition, development, performance, employee relations, rewards, succession, org effectiveness, and change initiatives. Drive human capital strategy, lead transformative projects, use data analytics to inform decisions, influence senior leaders, and manage HR operations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Provide on-site electronic warfare engineering support for airborne payloads: manage deployed assets and LRUs, coordinate repairs and suppliers, support test planning/execution and post-test analysis, troubleshoot hardware/software, track anomalies and discrepancy reports, liaise with customers, logistics, and engineering teams, and support readiness reviews and training.

Translate contractual requirements into system-level test solutions; develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures; coordinate integrated testing; perform system technical analysis; collaborate with software teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, root-cause, and resolve software issues; prepare detailed problem reports; work with cloud-based, containerized ground system environments.

Plan and execute production-level engineering tests across integration levels, troubleshoot anomalies, update test procedures, participate in readiness reviews, coordinate schedules with cross-functional teams, support overtime/off-hour shifts, and work on-site. Requires security clearances and SAP eligibility; travel up to 25% may be required.

Lead an integrated product team and cost account for inertial navigation system development. Oversee engineering design, integration, test, cost and schedule performance, risk management, EVMS-based reporting, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination with program management, supply chain, and engineering leadership. On-site in Woodland Hills, CA with minimal travel and active DoD Secret clearance required.

Perform EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting from components to system level; develop models and test apparatus to mitigate emissions and susceptibility; generate test procedures, work instructions, and qualification reports; support design reviews and occasional travel for testing and troubleshooting.

Lead and execute engineering production tests, troubleshoot anomalies, update procedures, coordinate schedules, participate in readiness reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, support off-hour schedules and up to 25% travel while ensuring tests meet mission objectives.

Perform structural analysis and build/solve large-scale FEA models for military avionics. Verify results by hand-calcs, document methods and test plans, support design reviews, MRB, and on-site integration for Sentinel program.

Lead EMI/C compliance from component to system level: develop and validate EMI/EMC test plans, design mitigation/shielding, perform RF testing and troubleshooting, build test apparatus, analyze data, and produce qualification reports. Coordinate reviews, support programmatic activities, and travel occasionally for testing.
