Perform Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities for C2BMC systems: analyze ACAS/SCC scans, review STIGs and RMF controls, manage POA&Ms and RARs, create/maintain eMASS/Xacta system packages, and coordinate with partners and auditors to evaluate vulnerabilities and authorize systems. Requires preparation of technical documentation and frequent stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with senior engineers on missile defense modeling and simulation to ensure simulation tools represent threat environments. Onsite role with ~10% travel; active Secret clearance required.

Lead electrical design for facility power generation, conversion and distribution supporting weapon systems. Produce analyses, architectures, test procedures and documentation; coordinate with integration teams, attend technical reviews, and support systems integration for high-power/electro-mechanical equipment. Must communicate effectively and mentor or lead engineering teams.

Develop and document high-fidelity infrared hard-body missile models and simulations, collaborate with stakeholders and software engineers, perform data analysis, verification & validation, automate data production, and support MDA Ground Test Modeling and Simulation events with up to 10% travel. Must work onsite and hold an active Secret clearance.

Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded real-time software (primarily cryptographic codebases). Architect and implement low-level firmware, multi-threaded systems, and device drivers; perform static analysis, unit testing, and debugging. Collaborate with systems, hardware, and test teams in an Agile environment. Requires onsite work and DoD Secret clearance.

Manage end-to-end subcontract lifecycle for domestic and international suppliers, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, compliance (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR), cost/price analysis, performance monitoring, and closeout. Coordinate cross-functionally, maintain audit-ready files, support import/export compliance, and serve as primary contractual liaison.

Support systems engineering for integration, simulation, and test of communication/waveform systems. Define/refine requirements, develop test plans, analyze performance, produce technical documentation, and provide technical guidance through development to production.
