Design, build, integrate, test, install, and maintain rack-based communications hardware and cabling in lab and field environments. Perform electrical signal and power analysis, create engineering drawings and BOMs, specify cabling and cooling, develop and execute system verification, troubleshoot complex issues, support lab/site integration and maintenance, and present status to stakeholders.

Develop avionics and lab harness designs, schematics, and documentation; coordinate procurement and integration; support hardware integration, troubleshooting, and system verification in a laboratory environment.

Designs and develops cyber/network operations (CNO) tools and end-to-end data flows. Programs at packet level using Assembly, C/C++, Java, Perl, or Python and develops Windows, Unix/Linux, embedded or mobile applications. Produces documentation, participates in design/code reviews, and delivers technical presentations. Requires security clearance and domain-specific reverse-engineering and testing practices.

Develop and manage integrated master plans and schedules, ensure horizontal/vertical integration across functions, track schedules and risks, resolve critical path and logic conflicts, use EVM and scheduling techniques (Gantt, PERT) to monitor performance and support program decision-making.

Lead cloud infrastructure engineering for a secure DoD-focused cloud program. Support operations, enhancements, migrations, and 24x7 on-call. Collaborate with distributed teams, follow Agile lifecycle, implement IaC, containerization, and security practices across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Manage logistics for IBCS including COLTS database administration, asset accountability, inventory CDRL support, work order oversight, data-driven sparing analysis, reporting, and customer/government liaison duties.

Provide on-site mission assurance support for the Sentinel program including technical reviews, quality, risk, safety, reliability assessments, program metrics, corrective action management, and support to Program Quality Managers across manufacturing, inspection, and test activities.

Lead and mentor a multi-site case process engineering team to startup and operate the Copper Crossing factory. Drive process optimization, SPC/DOE-based development, PFMEAs, MBOMs, design and facility reviews, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally to meet program objectives and present manufacturing investigations.
