Mid-level hardware engineer supporting DoD command-and-control system integration. Duties include solid modeling, engineering drawings, BOM and MBOM creation, coordinating design with manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, tracking production status, and serving as liaison between program management and functional teams. Requires MRP/SAP experience and a DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).

Design and develop integrated hardware test solutions including console and panel layouts, power/cooling monitoring, RF and electronic circuit design. Support SW/HW integration, requirements verification, lab testing, anomaly investigation, and documentation. Lead technical work while ensuring cost, schedule, and producibility constraints are met.

Serve as primary contract administrator for Fighter Networked Systems program: manage RFP responses and proposals, negotiate and administer contracts, maintain contractual baseline and records, advise program teams on rights/obligations and risk, support new business proposals, and ensure programmatic and financial performance.

Manage and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN infrastructures; plan, design, configure, and install network hardware; monitor and analyze network performance; prepare documentation; coordinate third-party maintenance; propose cost-optimized solutions; assist with network design and hardware/software selection; lift equipment up to 40 lbs. Must work on-site and comply with clearance and certification requirements.

Lead the GEM 63 solid rocket motor program as P&L owner and Control Account Manager. Oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, risk mitigation, proposals, and cross-functional IPTs to scale high‑tempo manufacturing and meet delivery goals.

Design, build, test, and support DoD-compliant network architectures for the C2BMC X-Lab. Lead network build-outs, troubleshoot multi-vendor equipment, ensure RMF/STIG compliance, produce technical documentation, and support test events and stakeholder engagements.

Provide program planning and financial control support: prepare budgets and schedules, perform EVM (WBS, baselines, cost risk), run variance analysis, forecasts and cost reporting, ensure contract compliance, support audits, and mentor junior staff.
