Lead electrical test planning, development, and execution for avionics integration. Design and implement test methods/equipment, analyze data, support verification and regression testing, interface with software and systems engineers, produce detailed test reports, and manage configuration and integration across multiple baselines in a systems integration and test environment.

Lead development and maturation of AVE (missile) systems architecture using Cameo/MagicDraw. Create and validate requirements, collaborate across disciplines, present at reviews, process engineering board content, and develop modeling governance, procedures, and tool integrations to support CDR.

Design and integrate facility electrical systems for launch infrastructure, performing power-system analysis, equipment design, coordination with stakeholders, test procedure development, and documentation. Support technical reviews, ensure compliance with codes/mil‑specs, and collaborate across engineering teams while mentoring and leading design efforts.

Lead design and delivery of scalable on‑premises and hybrid IaaS datacenter systems. Decompose customer requirements, build infrastructure blueprints, automate deployments, produce technical documentation, mentor cloud/infrastructure engineers, and ensure consistent implementation and acceptance criteria across programs. Requires Top Secret clearance and SAP access.

Provide on-site PC and network support in a classified environment: install, troubleshoot, service, and connect desktops and peripherals; resolve tickets within SLAs; assist and train users; maintain trouble logs and security paperwork; follow security processes and remediate data spillage; coordinate with service desk, server admins, and network engineers; participate in deployments, testing, and projects.

Lead development and execution of integrated test plans and procedures for developmental flight testing. Provide lab and control room support, interface with design and analysis teams, lead test readiness and scheduling, perform system-level technical analyses and post-test data review, and make real-time mission control decisions. Serve as subject-matter liaison across maintenance, design, and test teams, and produce test documentation and briefings. Must maintain control room qualification and clearances.

Manage contract lifecycle including proposal support, negotiations, administration, close-out, and customer interface. Review terms and risks, enter/maintain contract data in systems, ensure deliverables and invoices, and support program management for compliance and performance.

Lead Software Quality and Mission Assurance for the Sentinel (GBSD) program: perform technical reviews, support review boards, ensure SQA/MA process compliance, manage personnel allocation, oversee RCCA, produce quality metrics and program review packages.
