Design and lead development of tooling, drill and assembly jigs, and dies using CATIA/NX. Produce 3D CAD models and ASME-compliant drawings, perform tolerance analysis, lead fabrication and implementation, investigate failures, ensure manufacturability, mentor engineers, and coordinate with internal/external customers to meet production requirements.

Design and validate information assurance and security engineering solutions, verify security requirements, support certification/accreditation, develop mitigations for threats and vulnerabilities, and assist program protection and supply chain risk management. Liaise on testing and milestone criteria, and communicate technical findings.

Perform hands-on testing of EW system Operational Flight Programs in labs, support test planning and live events, develop and update system/subsystem specifications, ensure verification traceability, create test plans, analyze results, and prepare reports.

Designs, implements, and maintains CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerized deployments, monitoring, and system administration. Ensures SCM, code quality, security, and operational support while collaborating with developers, vendors, and Agile teams.

Lead a section of 15–20 systems engineers on the RAD program. Own hiring, development, performance management, resource balancing, and day-to-day operations. Champion Agile and MBSE (CAMEO), oversee modeling & simulation, systems architecture, mission integration, and ensure SAP/SAR access and DoD Secret clearance compliance.

Lead process development and continuous improvement for opto-mechanical EOIR assembly. Create manufacturing work instructions, tooling/fixtures, support production, recommend design-for-manufacturability changes, manage projects, and present executive-level status. Coordinate across engineering, production, quality, and program teams.

Lead supplier quality risk management for aerospace programs: evaluate and qualify suppliers, enforce AS9100/ISO9001 requirements, drive corrective actions, perform supplier audits and FAI, manage waivers/deviations, and coordinate supplier quality plans across program phases while reporting performance and risks to management.

Individual contributor Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer supporting the Ground Weapons System program. Provide technical contributions and guidance to simulation products, develop unit and system tests, use version control and Atlassian tools, and support software development for MDA capabilities. Requires active DoD Secret clearance, onsite work in Huntsville, AL, and up to 10% travel.
