Own KPIs, data infrastructure, dashboards, predictive models, and competitive programs; partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enterprise Data. Build and coach a commercial insights team, establish analytics standards, champion AI-driven decision-making, and deliver executive-ready insights for planning and strategic priorities.

Perform inside-sales renewal and retention for existing Tax & Accounting customers, secure renewals, upsell add-ons, manage renewal cycles, generate leads, and follow prescribed sales processes while meeting targets and supporting high-profile tax compliance accounts.

Post-sale customer-facing role owning onboarding through renewal for public accounting audit clients. Advise on audit workflows, drive adoption and measurable value, manage health and risk, coordinate cross-functional teams, run Executive Business Reviews, support renewals/expansion, and surface customer insights to Product and Leadership.

Perform detailed business license research across federal, state, county, and municipal levels for clients and reseller partners. Communicate findings to clients and government agencies, capture licensure specifics, update industry knowledge, meet KPIs for timely delivery, and provide cross-team support to resolve licensing needs and maintain client relationships.
