The Vice President Global Audit is accountable for the Professional Segment’s Global Audit software portfolio, a critical SaaS platform within the CCH Tax & Accounting brand.
This role leads the commercial product strategy and Go-to-Market execution to drive customer satisfaction, sustainable revenue growth, and market expansion for the Global Audit segment. Responsibilities include developing and executing commercially focused market strategies, managing the product portfolio lifecycle, and ensuring the overall strength and performance of the segment’s workforce.
The focus is on translating deep marketplace and financial insights into actionable growth strategies, leading the development and execution of commercially focused Go-to-Market plans, and identifying opportunities for market and product expansion. The Vice President will also manage the business to benefit key stakeholders, including WK shareholders, customers, and employees, ensuring the business remains strong and delivers on financial commitments.

Essential Duties and responsibilities
Develop and execute commercially driven go-to-market strategies for the Global Audit portfolio, prioritizing revenue growth, profitability and speed to market, by championing disruptive/innovative product strategies, and leveraging advanced technology AI, agentic AI workflows, and behavioral usage data to drive growth strategies
Develop a deep understanding of the core business, market opportunities, customer profiles, competitive landscape, and market trends to prioritize revenue opportunities and market expansion
Cultivates deep customer intimacy by engaging directly with key accounts, translating nuanced customer needs into strategic product roadmaps, and championing voice-of-customer (VOC) initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and commercial growth that improve time-to-value and usage depth
Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies informed by customer insights, usage trends, competitive benchmarks, and financial modeling (ARR, LTV:CAC, price realization, elasticity)
Lead segment positioning, value messaging, and differentiation for Audit solutions (e.g., planning, risk assessment, workpaper management, evidence and documentation, analytics, and compliance) across firm sizes and regions
Translate business strategy into a compelling call to action, with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, for employees, focusing on securing and developing commercially minded talent
Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor product usage and performance metrics, refining pricing models and informing product investments
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to build commercial playbooks, sales tools, AI attach strategies, and partner/channel programs that increase win rate, and deal velocity
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Security to ensure AI governance, privacy, model transparency, and regulatory alignment for audit workflows across jurisdictions
Lead commercialization of AI‑enabled features and agentic AI workflows that automate audit tasks and augment professional judgment; define AI pricing/packaging tiers, usage‑based models, and attach strategies
Establish a robust data‑informed operating rhythm (cohort analyses, funnel conversion, feature utilization, health scores), using experimentation (A/B tests, pilots) to optimize activation, engagement, and monetization
Drives cross-functional alignment and executive stakeholder buy-in by clearly articulating product strategy, commercial priorities, and customer value across internal teams and external partners, including C-level executives, clients, and industry stakeholders
Manage the P&L to meet/exceed all financial commitments: ARR growth, NRR/GRR, gross margin expansion, cash flow targets, CAC payback, and price realization; while ensuring long-term business strength
Ensure product roadmap is developed by Technical Product Management team that is aligned with market opportunities and financial returns; Sets portfolio-level OKRs with clear business targets
Pursue operational efficiency to reinvest savings into high-return growth opportunities, streamline portfolio complexity, SKU architecture, and GTM motions
Own the portfolio strategy and lifecycle, prioritizing investments based on market opportunities, customer value, and financial returns; sunset, consolidate, or expand offerings as needed
Implement an acquisition/M&A strategy focused on accelerating revenue growth, expanding the addressable market, and increasing portfolio profitability
Build, lead and mentor a high-performing commercially minded team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer obsession
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
MBA preferred
Experience:
15+ years of product management experience in SaaS, proven success managing go-to-market disciplines (e.g. sales, marketing, product management, development, support) and having P&L accountability in a functionally matrixed organization
5+ years’ experience working with Audit, Tax and Accounting industry, CPA market, and/or Enterprise software and information services preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Strong business and financial acumen, able to synthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach and plan
Expertise in pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and ROI-based investment prioritization
Proven track record of launching and scaling commercial software products, ideally with AI/ML components
Deep understanding of AI, Agentic AI, and their application in enterprise software
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance priorities of managing and inspiring teams, projects of varying complexity, and daily operations while maintaining focus on critical success factors
Deep customer orientation with the ability to translate customer insights into differentiated, revenue-generating offerings while ensuring premium service delivery in a cost-effective way
Highly developed executive presence with strong collaboration skills; able to articulate a value proposition and secure buy-in and support from senior executive leadership, peers, and staff
Experience working in agile, fast-paced, and high-growth environments
Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, especially in verticals like FinTech, HealthTech, or HRTech
Travel requirements
30% overnight travel if living in North America Hub (Dallas, Atlanta); 40% if other location.

Compensation:
$226,000.00 - $339,850.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
