Design, develop, and commission electrical and motion-based automation systems for custom industrial machinery. Develop PLC/HMI/motion control programs, specify components, create electrical schematics, integrate multi-axis motion systems, perform tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and provide field commissioning and technical support. Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Extensive domestic and international travel (~50%+).

Design, program, and maintain automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, machine vision). Lead capital automation projects from concept to commissioning, create electrical schematics in CAD, troubleshoot and optimize equipment, support root cause analysis, manage project scope/schedules/budgets, collaborate with operations/maintenance/quality, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Support product line and project management activities including data collection, documentation, trial tracking, proposal and presentation preparation, marketing coordination, cross-functional communication, and tracking deliverables to develop project management and business leadership skills.

Manage HR lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding; advise management on employee relations and investigations; maintain compliance with federal/state laws; support payroll and timekeeping; maintain HRIS records and generate reports; liaise with HR Central and assist HR Manager with various tasks.

Manage and grow client accounts in the Permian region through relationship building, new sales, upselling, negotiation, ESP system design support, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel regionally up to 50%.

Support manufacturing process improvements and continuous improvement efforts. Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data. Assist troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and SOP/work instruction updates. Create part designs and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality while following safety policies.

Support SIOP and integrated planning by analyzing demand, inventory, supply constraints, and operational performance. Produce reports, dashboards, and models, recommend inventory and replenishment actions, improve forecast accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to align plans and drive continuous improvement.

Plan and execute solids control projects for land and offshore drilling. Coordinate equipment, personnel, logistics, vendors, and contractors. Monitor operations, costs, HSE compliance and project performance. Resolve operational risks, support field teams, and report to leadership and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Manage pre-employment and onboarding, conduct new hire orientation and I-9s, maintain employee files, perform HRIS data audits and updates, handle timekeeping and payroll questions, process HR transactions (promotions, transfers, terminations, bonuses), prepare reports, manage invoice approvals and quarterly drug/alcohol testing, and support HR projects while ensuring policy compliance.
