Support and coordinate HSE initiatives across assigned Tuboscope NOV locations and the EPS segment. Provide HSE advice, develop and implement safety processes, lead audits, track KPIs, deliver training, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous HSE performance improvements.

Drive regional sales to meet targets in the Rockies by managing distributor relationships, developing project-specific strategies, training partners, negotiating contracts, tracking leads in CRM, visiting customers and jobsites, and resolving product/service issues. Coordinate with operations, construction, and management to support project requirements and forecast regional opportunities.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, MRP execution, purchasing, and inventory. Ensure material availability, lead supplier onboarding and performance, use JDE and Conversight for transactions and analytics, collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and finance, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement to optimize inventory and supply continuity.

Lead regional sales to meet objectives by directing area managers, reps, and distributors; develop project-specific sales and profitability strategies; coordinate with manufacturing and construction teams; manage customer relationships, reporting, contract negotiation, CRM tracking, and trade show participation; travel domestically to monitor projects and train partners.

Manage and supervise plant cost accountants; partner with operations to analyze product costs, variances, and standard costing; perform inventory audits; produce and present monthly manufacturing performance and variance reporting; improve manufacturing reporting and processes; support ERP/MRP systems and assist on special assignments.

Record incident data in Itrax, collect detailed photos and documentation, support root-cause and corrective action analysis, respond to engineering and customers, perform trend analysis, and comply with HSE policies.

Serve as the primary FP&A partner for Repair and U.S. Marine & Construction businesses: lead monthly close and variance analysis, manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build financial models and scenario analyses, analyze margins and working capital, support pricing and capex decisions, ensure revenue recognition and SOX compliance, and present KPIs and executive financial reviews while driving reporting and process improvements.
