Produce detailed manufacturing drawings from red lines or sketches using SolidWorks, ensure compliance with industry and company standards, collaborate with engineers, maintain documentation, meet project timelines, and support drafting process improvements.

Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, AD, AWS IAM). Integrate SSO/MFA, automate identity lifecycles and access workflows, enforce Zero Trust/RBAC/JML policies, harden hybrid IAM configurations, support PAM and federation, collaborate across IT/HR/security teams, and support audit and compliance activities.

Design, implement, and maintain front-end software solutions. Analyze requirements, write clean modular code, debug issues, create unit tests, document work, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Design, develop, and commission electrical and motion-based automation systems for custom industrial machinery. Lead PLC/HMI and multi-axis motion control development, specify components, create schematics and BOMs, integrate with mechanical/hydraulic systems, perform testing and field commissioning, and provide technical support and mentorship. Frequent domestic and international travel (~50%+).

Provide advanced technical support and guidance for NOV rig automation systems: troubleshoot and resolve client issues, maintain ticketing and monitoring records, perform root cause analysis, prepare damage and corrective action reports, identify reliability trends, coordinate with engineering/sales/workshops, support product notifications, and deliver training and documentation.

Design and provide engineering support for offshore cranes, winches, and related equipment. Create and check layouts, 3D models, detail drawings, tolerance studies, FEA, and test plans. Specify hydraulic, electric drive, and gear components, produce calculations and documentation to meet ABS/API/ASME/AWS codes, support sales/parts/operations, and comply with QMS and HSE policies. Travel to customer/vendor sites as needed (<10%).

Drive profitable sales growth for underground and aboveground petroleum storage, containment, and piping products across the Rockies and Canada. Manage existing accounts, develop new business, provide technical sales support and presentations, prepare forecasts/budgets, and collaborate on market/pricing strategy while meeting travel and reporting requirements.

Provide engineering support for remanufacturing and repair of heavy mechanical equipment: create shop routers, SOPs, inspection criteria, BOMs, welding/repair drawings, and acceptance tests; review production standards; support ECR/ECN processes; ensure conformance to API/ASME/AWS codes; drive continuous improvement across repair shops.

Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes by reviewing documentation, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining dispute records in ERP systems, monitoring aging, reporting trends, and recommending process improvements to accelerate collections and improve billing accuracy.
