Use AutoCAD/SolidWorks, support lab/manufacturing, manage projects, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety requirements while collaborating across teams.

Lead strategic sourcing for assigned categories (initial focus: Security and Temp Labor). Conduct market and supplier analysis, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, analyze spend, track procurement KPIs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver cost savings and mitigate risk.

Receive, inspect, and move materials; execute and reconcile cycle counts; operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely; maintain cleanliness and compliance with internal controls and HSE policies; perform data entry and other assigned warehouse tasks.

Serve as Tier 1 contact for customers: answer calls and emails, triage and route inquiries using CRM and ticketing systems, coordinate urgent parts shipments with warehouse, alert technical teams for rig-down events, and follow standardized Tier 1 processes and company policies.

Maintain and monitor production systems for availability and performance; lead incident response and postmortems; implement observability, alerting, and automated remediation; optimize distributed systems (AKKA.NET) and PostgreSQL; build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

Drive regional sales growth by managing distributors, reps, engineers and contractors; develop project-specific strategies; conduct trainings and site visits; report market intelligence; resolve product/service issues; participate in trade shows.
