As a NOVOS Support Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our Digital Product and Automation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and expertise for our NOVOS platform, ensuring its long-term performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to identify and implement improvements, driving product reliability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Provide second-level support for software products and automation systems, resolving issues efficiently.
- Utilize Jira Service Management for issue tracking and prioritization.
- Conduct root cause analysis on software and system issues, proposing effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain customized software configurations for customers.
- Drive continuous improvements to deployment processes and support tools.
