Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and modifies electrical control systems, panels, PLC programs, and manufacturing equipment controls. Provides second-level technical support for the NOVOS software and automation platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer configuration, deployment improvements, diagnostic utility development, virtualized test environment maintenance, firewall and access administration, and configuration releases. Collaborates with customers and internal teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency. Requires networking, firewall, Linux, SQL, Python, virtualization, and web application administration skills, with domestic and international travel for support and deployments.
