Manage customer relationships and sales orders from quotation through delivery. Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, update ERP/CRM, coordinate with internal teams, resolve customer concerns, and support continuous improvement to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and satisfaction.

Prepare specifications, support manufacturing and testing, collaborate with drafters and engineers, and resolve shop issues while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company design standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications (Electron) and Go microservices for torque monitoring, logging, and QA. Integrate industrial protocols (Modbus TCP, Siemens S7, MQTT), implement REST/WebSocket APIs, deploy containerized Linux services with Docker, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Lead development and improvement of manufacturing processes (machining, tooling, fabrication, welding) at Cedar Park. Design tooling/process drawings, support suppliers and production to reduce lead-times and costs, improve material flow, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, provide technical shop support, and drive cost reduction and efficiency while complying with HSE policies. Onsite with ~10% domestic travel.

Provide technical product support for piping and oilfield applications: perform engineering calculations, review specifications, prepare technical tender packages and reports, support testing and manufacturing, visit job sites to resolve issues, create CAD models/drawings, and deliver training to customers and distributors.

Support, maintain, and improve engineering systems and tools (e.g., Windchill, Decisions, SharePoint, Power BI). Provide technical support, install/configure/maintain applications, author documentation and SOPs, recommend and manage engineering applications, and oversee consultants implementing and customizing department software.

Design and optimize plant layout, material flow, and labor utilization. Conduct time studies, set labor standards, lead continuous improvement (Kaizen/Six Sigma), build capacity models, use data analysis and simulation tools, and drive cost reduction, ergonomics, safety, and productivity improvements.
