Onsite full-time mailroom role responsible for sorting, prepping, scanning and occasional data entry for up to 2,000 insurance claims daily. Perform repetitive document tasks (remove staples, repair, insert patch sheets), follow client sorting rules, and occasionally lift/move boxes or use carts. Requires strong accuracy, time management, and basic computer/scanner proficiency.

Perform mailroom sorting, high/low-speed mail opening, scanning, data entry, and document handling. Deliver and collect mail, follow security procedures, maintain organized workspace, and lift/move boxes (20-50lbs). Complete five-week on-the-job training and cross-train across areas.

Handle inbound member calls with accuracy and empathy, provide first-call resolution, compose professional written follow-ups, process benefit requests while using multiple systems, and meet compliance, quality, and service standards to deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience.
