Training: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm EST (start time between 8:00 am - 9:00 am)
Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30 pm - 8:00 pm EST

About the Role:
- Handle inbound calls with a strong focus on accuracy, empathy, and first-call resolution
- Professional written communication, including follow-up and resolution emails
- Process member requests efficiently while adhering to compliance, quality, and service standards
- Deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience aligned with business expectations
Requirements:
- Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must be able to type 25 WPM
- Must be able to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
Must be able to navigate and effectively utilize multiple systems and tools to research, resolve, and document complex benefit inquiries
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,640 - 37,050.
