Training Schedule: 5-weeks paid training Monday-Friday starting at 9am

We are hiring a detail-oriented Mailroom Sorting Associate to support a fast-paced healthcare services team. This role is an in-person, onsite role that requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities:
- Employees will be responsible for the sorting, prepping, and scanning of up to two thousand (2000) insurance claims and other documentation that come into our mailroom daily.
- May be required to provide data entry for said documents into our clients’ system log for most or all your scheduled workday.
- Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.
- Claims will need to be placed into bins, which is based on the sorting rules and policies.
- Ability to read and follow directions thoroughly as outlined by our clients’ requirements and requests.
- Employees may periodically lift boxes up to 20lbs and/or move with use of carts or pallet jacks if needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check that includes a credit check and fingerprint scan.
- Must be able to pass a required Drug Screening
- Strong attention to detail is required for this role.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as OUTLOOK and TEAMS
- Ability to use computers and scanners efficiently
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
