Administers government contracts for pump overhaul orders by reviewing quotations, verifying pricing and specifications, entering orders, tracking status, preparing invoices, reporting government property, coordinating shipment documentation, supporting technical inquiries, and managing returns, audits, and compliance procedures.

Manages project schedules, applies machining and GD&T expertise, and collaborates with manufacturing, design, quality, suppliers, and operators. Provides technical leadership, mentors employees, and supports continuous improvement, quality, scrap reduction, and lead-time goals.

Designs and supports testing of industrial screw pumps for defense applications. Collects, databases, visualizes, and analyzes CMM and pump test data; develops regression and predictive models; automates reporting; documents nonconformances; and creates dashboards for stakeholders. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, sales, and program teams to improve product robustness, testing, engineering standards, and manufacturing processes. Provides customer support and contributes to technical documentation and process improvements.

Develops and improves quality plans, procedures, and corrective actions for manufacturing operations. Responds to customer escapes and corrective action requests, prepares quality reports, drives continuous improvement using COS tools, and supports internal, external, and customer audits. The role applies APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, measurement science, process auditing, GD&T, and quality standards including AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.

Develops manufacturing processes, routes, fixtures, and gages for complex machined parts and assemblies. Evaluates manufacturability, analyzes process failures using statistical methods, supports lean continuous improvement, and participates in capital equipment procurement and startup. Manages project plans, interprets engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, collaborates across departments, and mentors less experienced employees.

Plans and maintains production forecasts, master schedules, capacity, material flow, and work prioritization for pumps, valves, aftermarket parts, and repairs. Tracks shortages, dependencies, milestones, vendor constraints, inventory, fulfillment, cycle time, and schedule attainment. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and site leadership to optimize production sequencing, line rates, and planning horizons using ERP and MRP systems.
