Manage creative, data, and execution for multiple direct mail and email campaigns from setup through delivery. Own segmentation, creative selection, vendor coordination, proofing, routing to approvers, and project communications across simultaneous campaign stages.

Lead day-to-day direct marketing (direct mail and email), manage vendors and printers, oversee team hiring/training/performance, ensure compliance and database integrity, monitor financials and forecasts, and support direct marketing strategy and profitability improvements.

Manage mailed and emailed marketing campaigns for a single property/market. Own project stages from creative selection, segmentation, database query setup, execution rules, routing to reviewers/approvers, vendor interaction, proofing, and notifications. Handle ~10 projects per production month, multitask across beginning, intermediate and final stages, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Process gaming revenue transactions and journal entries, complete daily audit deliverables, perform data entry and entry-level analysis, quality reviews, attribute testing, and scan documents for retention. Coordinate 1099 reconciliation, support audit and operations teams, maintain regulatory compliance and safety, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide administrative customer support for Caesars sportsbook: process and approve player accounts and rewards, generate win/loss statements, research lost ticket and cash discrepancies, monitor and maintain self-betting kiosks, handle admin support emails, organize and retain documentation, and ensure compliance with gaming statutes.

Provide first-level IT support across the property: answer help-line calls, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, document and track tickets, perform system backups, maintain asset inventory, escalate complex problems, train users/technicians, and participate in IT projects while ensuring service-level objectives and confidentiality.

Oversees cage operations and team members during shifts to ensure transaction accuracy, security, regulatory (Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act) compliance, and excellent guest service. Coaches staff, conducts audits, verifies funds, handles disciplinary actions, coordinates with other departments, and operates cash-handling equipment.

Coordinate and execute promotions and events, perform daily APS audits and program testing, manage budgets and collateral, support social media and website updates, train event attendants, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with internal departments and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives.

Lead and supervise the Regulatory Compliance team, serving as the property's designated BSA/AML and OFAC Officer. Oversee AML, KYC, SAR, CTR and Title 31 compliance; implement internal controls; coordinate regulatory submissions, audits, investigations and training; liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to gaming and finance regulations.

Manage regional multi-property marketing projects from planning through execution. Build timelines, coordinate vendors, manage purchase orders/contracts and budgets, proof creative assets, run stakeholder calls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns to property goals. Hybrid role based in Las Vegas with occasional travel.
