Lead and manage an electrical design team delivering low-voltage power distribution designs for large data center projects. Oversee design reviews, code compliance, cross-discipline coordination, schedules, risk assessments, QA, mentorship, client collaboration, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure projects meet standards, budget, and deadlines.

Manage cross-functional new product development and sustaining projects. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, sales and other teams to meet schedule, cost, and scope while identifying risks, driving decisions, reporting to executives, and leading continuous improvement within NPDI processes.

Design and release custom busbar assemblies and tap-off boxes for data centers using 2D/3D SolidWorks models and detailed drawings. Produce BOMs and manufacturing instructions, ensure compliance with industry standards, support prototype trials and mass-production releases, collaborate with project management and manufacturing, and resolve production design issues.

Lead sustaining engineering for the busbar division: prioritize technical issues, coach 2–4 engineers, partner with manufacturing/quality/supply chain, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, manage engineering changes and BOMs, support NPI and design-for-manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement.
