Two-year sales development program for recent graduates. Year one focuses on inside sales training; year two offers rotations across sales disciplines and exposure to outside sales. Responsibilities include learning Vertiv solutions, handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to RFPs, using sales tools, supporting customer meetings, and partnering with sales leaders.

Manage cross-functional new product development and sustaining projects for Busbar line, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and sales to meet cost, schedule and scope. Track risks, issues and KPIs, provide executive updates, enforce NPDI/stage-gate process, lead continuous improvement and stakeholder communications to drive timely product introductions.

Design and validate PCB and control systems for power equipment (STS, PDU). Specify components, create schematics/layouts, debug prototypes in lab, ensure standards compliance, work with firmware, vendors, and project teams to deliver product designs and support field issues.

Execute design verification tests for liquid cooling products, set up and monitor test systems, collect and document test data, troubleshoot issues, support Factory Witness Testing and cross-functional validation, and assist with prototype builds and lab process improvements during second-shift operations.

Own go-to-market and portfolio strategy for rack solutions targeting hyperscale and OEM customers. Develop growth strategies, translate customer requirements into product definitions and reusable rack platforms, partner with sales and engineering on large programs, enable sales with differentiated messaging, and monitor market trends (AI, high-density, liquid cooling) to refine product and commercial approaches.

Lead the virtual-to-physical transition for power and thermal products by integrating line balancing with discrete event simulation. Drive NPI, DFM/DFA reviews, virtual commissioning, and bottleneck elimination using Yamazumi and high-fidelity simulation. Oversee equipment validation, root cause analysis (FMEA/Six Sigma), ERP/MES integration, and mentor engineering teams to ensure right-first-time global launches and optimized plant throughput.

Provide phone and email sales support for assigned channel accounts, assist outside sales, qualify leads, generate quotes, manage CRM pipeline, communicate product features, and meet sales quotas.

Lead development and maintenance of master project schedules for factory construction and installation. Coordinate cross-functional teams (project management, materials, production, sales) to align production, minimize disruption, and meet customer delivery commitments. Track milestones, identify dependencies, forecast delays, drive recovery plans, and improve forecasting, lead-times, and inventory performance within an MRP/ERP environment.

Manage global new product development projects for data center physical infrastructure. Plan, staff, and direct project work to meet schedule, budget, and scope; coordinate stakeholders, prepare status reports and change requests, resolve technical issues, and improve PM processes. Onsite in Lincoln, NE with ~10% travel.

Serve as the SME and single point of contact for OEM customers deploying AI workloads; advise on AI-ready data center and edge infrastructure (liquid cooling, power, racks, airflow); drive technical sales conversations with CIOs/CTOs and partners; enable and train channel and OEM partners; provide market intelligence and competitive positioning to influence product strategy.
